Spot Forex for S Corp.
Hi - I am thinking of opening a new account to trade spot forex. Is there any tax advantage(s) or disadvantage(s) to open the account in the name of an U.S. "S" Corporation rather than an individual. Thanks!

Entities can deliver more tax advantages for business traders. Learn more here http://www.greencompany.com/Traders/...Entities.shtml.
You don't need an entity for business deductions, but traders need an entity for AGI deductions including retirement plans and health insurance premiums. The charachter of the income passes-through the S-Corp to the individual return. So tax treatment does not change. We form entities for traders all the time and can help.
