CHFJPY Break out of Bullish Channel

Having broken down out of an upward-sloping channel that had contained price action since February, CHFJPY found support at the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement of the 03/20-04/22 rally at 99.41. Should this support be broken, the bearish drop could be very large.

There is a Bullish Engulfing Candle followed by a Harami after the down trend confirming a reversal in price.
Looks good to me Brad - nicely done.

Hi Ilya..

I've got a slightly different view for this pair. I'll be looking for a bounce off of support to buy.

Very interesting - this is certainly a valid way of setting up the trend line on CHFJPY. Looks like we're just at the support you drew, so we'll see where it goes from there.

GBPCHF daily

It appears the downward trendline has held for touch number 3. We also see a candle close below the trendline piercing candle, indicating downward strength.

GBPUSD just at channel support. There is also an Inverted Hammer candlestick (albeit unconfirmed) for yesterday's price action. As the trend is down, my preference is for an entry order short at the channel top.
